Our lead time is up to 18 weeks and includes a production of a physical prototype of your end product to approve or amend prior to manufacturing.

However, every bespoke process is unique so it may differ and delays to prototype approval or amendments required can increase production times.

We do not directly sell foam inserts for our ready to fill packaging, however you can contact one of our recommended foam inserts companies. Bespoke customers can add foam inserts at time of development. Please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

The water resistant-liner is made from aluminium and protects from moisture transfer.

To keep metal packaging and cardboard tubes pristine, all ready to fill items are sold in full box quantities to avoid handling. 

The uses are specified on each product page.  

Our tins and tubes are securely packed in double-walled boxes with layers and individual tins protected using fully recyclable cardboard or tissue paper.  

The glue used is a vinyl acetate C₄H6O₂ 

The EPE liner is a low-density polyethene that is added to the lid of our aluminium screw lid tins to preserve freshness. The EPE liner provides chemical resistance and low moisture transmission rates for the product inside which is typically required for cosmetics such as creams. EPE liners are widely recycled in household recycling schemes.  

All our tins are coated in a lacquer which protects them from environmental degradation. Whilst this is the case, it is recommended that you do not use tinplate products as a packaging material for water-based items such as creams and should instead opt for an aluminium product which is resistant to corrosion.

Oil based products such as balms can be packaged in either tinplate or aluminium packaging.

You should avoid storing tins in corrosive environments, in freezers or at very high temperatures as this can degrade the lacquer. You should also not store tinplate tins in high moisture laden environments.

Tins stored correctly will last many years and can be reused and refilled time and time again without any degradation.  

Returns must be in their original packaging and undamaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Damaged products will only be replaced if our shippers are used. Not applicable to bespoke products which are covered with a separate policy.

No. All full box quantities are unlabelled. We provide labelled samples to assist you with product codes when trialling our products to help you identify variants. 

We are unable to accept sample returns as these cannot be reused.

If you no longer want your sample, it can be recycled with your normal household recycling schemes.  

Samples are sold individually. You can order up to 10 different product samples per order.
