Half Ounce Co. London launched in 2017, with the owner making fun flavoured lip balms from a home kitchen and selling them on Etsy. 8 years on they now ship 50,000 products around the world each year! The business no longer operates from a home kitchen but continues to make each product by hand using quality, natural ingredients.

The company has always loved to creating new flavours according to the latest trends including their most recent Italian Spritz flavoured Lip Balm - a huge summer hit!

The Challenge

The business relies on its ability to quickly adapt its production according to demand.
The team has regularly been let down by suppliers that cannot be relied on for consistent quality, product lines or turnaround times.

How We Helped

Finding new suppliers and testing new stock has taken valuable time and energy away from running the business. After discovering Tinware, the company knew they had found a supplier that they could trust to provide high quality products with a reliable service. This has helped the company remain effective and efficient with the right packaging always available for every product.

They Say:

"We can rely on Tinware Direct consistently thanks to their high quality products and service. This has been incredibly valuable to our business!"
