We can create bespoke seasonal packaging for Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween and other seasonal campaigns.
Our range includes custom tins, cardboard boxes, tubes, bottles and glass packaging, with the size, shape, artwork, colours and finishes tailored to your project.
Whether you are developing packaging for a limited-edition product, gift set, confectionery range, cosmetics collection or seasonal promotion, we can help develop the packaging around your product and brand.
-
Our standard minimum order quantity for fully bespoke seasonal packaging is 3,000 units.
This applies where packaging is being manufactured specifically for your project, including custom sizes, shapes, structures, printing or finishes.
If you need smaller quantities, some of our existing stock packaging can also be customised without creating an entirely new bespoke product.
-
The cost depends on the packaging type, size, shape, quantity, material, printing and finishes you choose.
Because every bespoke packaging project is different, we do not provide generic price estimates. Once we have your requirements, we can normally provide a detailed quotation within 1–2 working days.
-
We recommend starting your Christmas packaging project as early as possible.
Physical prototype samples normally take around 3–4 weeks once artwork and the deposit have been received. After the samples are approved, mass production and delivery typically take a further 12–14 weeks.
Christmas is one of the busiest production periods, so starting early gives you more time for sampling, artwork changes and approvals before your required delivery date.
-
Yes. Your packaging can be developed around the size, shape and specification required for your product rather than being limited to standard stock dimensions.
Depending on the packaging type, we can produce round, square, rectangular and more unusual structures, including seasonal and novelty shapes.
If you already have dimensions, drawings or an existing piece of packaging, send them to us and we can assess the best way to reproduce or develop it.
-
Yes. Physical samples allow you to check the size, shape, fit and overall appearance of the packaging before mass production.
If we already have a suitable sample available, we can send it free of charge. If a sample needs to be specially manufactured for your project, a small sampling fee may apply.
For fully bespoke projects, we can also produce physical proof samples of your final design before mass production begins.
-
Yes. We can produce custom Christmas packaging using your own branding, artwork and colours across tins, boxes, tubes, bottles and other packaging formats.
Your design can include logos, illustrations, patterns, festive artwork and other brand elements, with different printing and finishing options available depending on the packaging type.
-
Yes. Christmas is one of the largest seasonal packaging periods, but we can also create bespoke packaging for New Year, Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween, Mother's Day, Father's Day and other seasonal campaigns or gifting occasions.
The same bespoke process applies, allowing the packaging to be adapted around the occasion while still remaining consistent with your brand.
-
Yes. If you already have seasonal packaging that you would like to reproduce, send us the existing packaging or its specification.
We can assess the size, shape, structure, colours, print and finishes and reproduce it as closely as manufacturing allows.
We also offer free reproduction, including tooling, colour matching and setup costs, which can be particularly useful if you are looking to move an existing seasonal packaging project to Tinware Direct.
-
Yes. Bespoke packaging works particularly well for seasonal and limited-edition product ranges where you want the packaging to look different from your standard range.
We can adapt the structure, artwork, colours and finishes around your campaign while maintaining the core elements of your brand.
Our standard bespoke MOQ of 3,000 units applies.
-
To prepare an accurate quotation, we normally need:
- Packaging type
- Approximate size or dimensions
- Order quantity
- Intended product or use
- Preferred shape or structure
- Printing requirements
- Artwork or branding
- Any special finishes or additional features
If you already have packaging that you want us to reproduce, you can also send us a sample, photograph, drawing or specification.
-
Yes. Tell us what the packaging needs to hold, the approximate dimensions and how you want it to be presented, and we can help identify suitable packaging options.
This is particularly important for seasonal gift sets, confectionery, cosmetics, candles and other products where both presentation and product fit need to be considered.
-
We can provide a physical sample before you commit to the full production run so you can check the dimensions and fit using your actual product.
Where we already have a suitable sample available, we can send it free of charge. If a sample needs to be made specifically for your project, a small sampling fee may apply.
-
Yes. Depending on the material and packaging format, we can develop custom shapes rather than limiting you to standard round, square or rectangular packaging.
This can include structures inspired by seasonal designs such as Christmas decorations, trees, Easter eggs or other shapes developed specifically around your campaign.
We can advise on what is practical once we understand your required dimensions, quantity and design.
-
Printing options vary by packaging type but can include full-colour CMYK printing, Pantone colours and single-colour designs, along with different decorative finishes.
Your artwork can cover the complete packaging or be used selectively for branding, illustrations, patterns or seasonal details.
We can advise on the most suitable print method once we have reviewed your artwork and packaging specification.
-
Yes. Where suitable, we can work from your Pantone references or existing brand colours to achieve a consistent result across your seasonal packaging.
If CMYK printing is required, some colours cannot be reproduced exactly in the same way as a Pantone colour. Our team can advise on the closest achievable match and the most appropriate print method for your design.
-
Depending on the material and packaging format, finishes can include options such as:
- Embossing
- Debossing
- Matt or gloss finishes
- Metallic effects
- Internal printing
- Specialist decorative finishes
These can be used to highlight particular elements of your seasonal design rather than applying decorative finishes across the entire pack.
-
Yes. Embossing creates a raised detail while debossing creates a recessed effect.
It can be used for logos, patterns, lettering or seasonal design elements and can be combined with printed artwork depending on the packaging specification.
A custom tool is normally created for the embossed or debossed design, so we can confirm the cost once we have reviewed your artwork.
-
Yes. For a fully bespoke project, physical proof samples can be produced before mass production so you can review the packaging and approve the final design.
This gives you the opportunity to check the structure, print, colours and overall appearance before the main production run begins.
-
Yes. We can provide a digital mock-up to help you visualise how your artwork and branding will look on the packaging before moving further into the sampling process.
Physical samples are still recommended where you need to check the actual size, fit, materials or construction.
-
If you want to make changes after reviewing your physical proof, let us know before approving it for mass production.
We can review the requested changes and arrange revised proofs where necessary. Additional sampling costs or lead time may apply depending on the changes required.
-
As a general guide, physical prototype samples take approximately 3–4 weeks after we have received your artwork and deposit.
Following sample approval, mass production and delivery typically take around 12–14 weeks.
Timings can vary depending on the packaging specification and time of year, so seasonal projects should be planned as early as possible.
-
Yes. Our quotations normally include delivery unless you have specifically requested otherwise.
Any agreed costs will be shown clearly in your quotation so you know what is included before proceeding.
-
Our bespoke quotations are normally valid for 14 days.
For seasonal projects, particularly Christmas packaging, production capacity can become limited during peak periods, so confirming the project earlier can help secure the required production schedule.
