We can discuss custom aluminium bottle requirements, including capacities, colours, closures and branding. We also manufacture bespoke cardboard tubes tailored to your product's dimensions, with options for custom printing, finishes and internal fitments. Both can be developed as part of a coordinated packaging solution.
-
Yes. Bespoke cardboard tubes can be developed around your required dimensions, structure, artwork and finishes. For aluminium bottles, we can review your preferred capacity, shape, colour and closure to establish the available customisation options.
-
Fully bespoke packaging projects generally start from 3,000 units, although minimum quantities can vary depending on the product and specification. If you require fewer units, we can help you explore suitable options from our existing range.
-
Pricing depends on the size, quantity, materials, printing, finishes and any tooling requirements. Once we have your project details, we can normally provide a comprehensive quotation within 1–2 working days.
-
Physical prototypes typically take 3–4 weeks after we receive your artwork and deposit. Once the sample is approved, mass production and delivery generally take another 12–14 weeks. We'll confirm the expected schedule for your particular project during quotation.
-
Yes. We can help you create a coordinated packaging solution, with cardboard tubes designed around your bottle dimensions. Artwork, colours and finishes can also be developed to give both elements a consistent branded appearance.
-
We review your product requirements and specifications during the development process. Physical packaging samples allow you to check dimensions, fit and presentation before mass production. Where bottles are intended to hold liquids or formulations, compatibility with the bottle lining and closure should also be confirmed.
-
Our existing aluminium bottle range includes capacities from 15 ml to 500 ml. If you require a specific capacity or different dimensions for a bespoke project, we can review the available manufacturing options.
-
Yes. We can discuss your required shape, capacity and dimensions to establish what is possible. Bespoke manufacturing options may depend on production quantities, tooling requirements and the bottle specification.
-
Our standard aluminium bottles are available in silver and black. For bespoke projects, additional colours or finishes can be discussed according to your requirements and the available manufacturing processes.
-
Our existing aluminium bottle range uses a 24/410 neck finish, with compatible screw caps, pump dispensers and spray closures available. We can help you identify suitable closure options based on your product and intended use.
-
Matching cap colours or finishes can be discussed as part of your bespoke project. Availability depends on the closure type, bottle specification and manufacturing requirements.
-
Aluminium bottles can be suitable for cosmetics, skincare and personal care products. Compatibility depends on the formulation, internal lining and closure, so these requirements should be checked before production.
-
Suitability depends on the formulation, bottle lining and closure. Some oils and fragrance ingredients require particular compatibility considerations, so we recommend confirming the requirements of your product before placing an order.
-
Yes. Aluminium bottles can be purchased independently, with compatible caps, pumps and sprays available. You can also explore matching cardboard tubes if you require additional presentation packaging.
-
Yes. We can develop bespoke cardboard tubes around your bottle's height, diameter and overall profile. This allows for a more precise fit and a presentation tailored to your product.
-
We can manufacture rigid cardboard tubes, including two-piece and telescopic structures. Dimensions, lid proportions, printing, finishes and internal fitments can be tailored to your requirements.
-
Yes. We can develop cardboard packaging around bottles you already use, regardless of whether they were supplied by us. We'll need the bottle dimensions and relevant specifications to determine the suitable structure.
-
Yes. Custom inserts can be designed to support the bottle and improve its presentation. Depending on the project, inserts may be produced from cardboard, foam or metal.
-
Yes. Inserts can be developed around the bottle's profile, including the body, neck and base. This helps minimise movement and creates a more precise fit inside the packaging.
-
Yes. With two-piece telescopic tubes, the lid and base proportions can be customised. This allows you to control how much of the base remains visible when the tube is closed.
-
The structure and internal fitments can be developed to help reduce bottle movement and provide an additional layer of protection. The appropriate design depends on your bottle, its contents and the intended shipping requirements.
-
Yes. We produce physical prototypes for bespoke packaging projects so you can review the dimensions, structure, artwork and finishes before approving the full production run.
-
You can assess the overall dimensions, appearance, artwork placement, colours, finishes and any opening or closing mechanisms. For cardboard tube packaging, you can also check the fit of your actual bottle and any internal inserts.
-
Yes. You can request amendments before mass production begins. We'll review the changes with the factory and, where necessary, arrange an updated sample for approval.
-
Yes. Digital mock-ups can help you visualise how your branding and artwork will appear on the proposed packaging before physical sampling.
-
Yes. The physical prototype allows you to place your bottle inside the tube and check the fit, stability and presentation. Any necessary adjustments can be reviewed before production.
-
Yes. Branding and artwork can be incorporated into bespoke cardboard tube designs. For aluminium bottles, we can review the available branding and decoration options based on your chosen bottle specification.
-
Yes. Cardboard tubes have a continuous cylindrical surface that allows artwork to wrap around the packaging. This provides flexibility for logos, illustrations, product information and full-colour designs.
-
Yes. Internal printing can be incorporated into suitable tube structures, allowing you to continue your branding inside the packaging with colours, artwork or product messaging.
-
Yes. Pantone colours can be specified when consistent brand colour reproduction is important. The printing method and material will influence how closely the final result matches your chosen colour.
-
CMYK can reproduce many Pantone colours closely, although an exact match is not always possible. Particularly bright shades and subtle neutrals may require alternative printing methods.
-
CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Key (Black). It is a four-colour printing process commonly used to reproduce full-colour artwork, illustrations and photography on packaging.
-
Depending on the product, material and structure, options can include CMYK or Pantone printing, metallic effects, foil detailing, embossing, debossing and matt or gloss finishes. We'll confirm which options are suitable for your project.
-
Yes. Metallic finishes and foil detailing can be used on suitable cardboard packaging to highlight logos, typography and decorative elements.
-
Yes. Embossing creates a raised design, while debossing presses selected areas into the surface. Both can be used to add texture and highlight branding or decorative details.
-
3D embossing creates a deeper, more sculpted raised effect than standard embossing. It requires custom tooling developed from your artwork.
-
The cost depends on the packaging size, material and design complexity. As a general guide, a simple emboss typically costs between £150 and £500.
-
Yes. Contrasting colours can be used on suitable tube structures to create a different appearance when the packaging is opened.
-
We begin by discussing your product requirements, preferred specifications, quantity and design ideas. Once the structure and manufacturing options are agreed, we provide the relevant artwork guidance before arranging sampling and approval.
-
A cutter guide is a technical template used to position artwork accurately before manufacturing. It identifies areas such as cut lines, folds, joins and printable surfaces, where relevant to the packaging structure.
-
Your designer can place the final artwork onto the cutter guide we provide. We can also offer guidance on artwork preparation to help ensure the files meet the required production specifications.
-
It helps to provide your required product type, dimensions, order quantity, preferred materials, colours, printing requirements and target delivery date. For cardboard tubes, bottle dimensions and any insert requirements are particularly useful.
-
You don't need to have every detail finalised before contacting us. Share your product requirements, estimated quantity and the type of presentation you want to achieve, and we'll discuss suitable options.
-
Because bespoke projects vary in size, materials, manufacturing requirements and finishes, we don't provide generic rough estimates. Once we have your project details, we can prepare a comprehensive quotation.
-
Comprehensive bespoke quotations normally take 1–2 working days once we have all the information needed to price the project.
-
Your bespoke packaging quotation is valid for 14 days.
-
Your quotation will outline the agreed packaging specification and relevant project costs, including any applicable tooling, inserts, sampling, finishing and delivery requirements.
-
We aim to make all project costs clear before you proceed. Any necessary tooling, sampling, specialist finishes or inserts will be identified in your quotation.
-
Our standard payment terms require a 30% deposit, with the remaining balance payable before shipment. If you need to discuss alternative arrangements, please contact our accounts team.
-
Once you're happy with the quotation, let us know and we'll move your project into the next stage. Where physical sampling is required, you'll have the opportunity to approve the sample before mass production begins.
-
We have over 25 years of experience supplying premium metal packaging and bespoke packaging solutions.
-
Yes. Unless you request otherwise, our quotations include delivery.
-
Yes. We normally provide delivered pricing, but FOB and CIF quotations may also be available if you prefer to arrange your own freight.
-
This depends on the shipping method. Full Container Load (FCL) orders are not normally palletised as standard, while Less than Container Load (LCL) shipments are generally palletised by our shipping partner for onward delivery.
-
We can usually adjust packing quantities to suit your requirements, provided the inner and outer cartons remain practical for handling and transport.
-
Depending on the product and packaging structure, separate packing arrangements may be possible. Let us know how you intend to fill, assemble or distribute your packaging when requesting your quotation.
-
Yes. Aluminium bottles are used across cosmetics, skincare and personal care applications, while cardboard tubes can provide an additional branded presentation. Product compatibility and the appropriate specifications should be confirmed for each application.
-
Yes. Bespoke packaging can incorporate features such as custom printing, metallic detailing, embossing and specialised finishes. Cardboard tubes can also be developed with custom inserts and structures to create a premium presentation.
-
Yes. Bespoke designs can be developed for product launches, gifting, seasonal campaigns and limited-edition ranges. Artwork, colours, finishes and packaging structures can be tailored to suit the collection.
-
Both products can be designed or selected with reuse in mind. Aluminium bottles may be refilled where suitable for their intended use, while rigid cardboard tubes can be kept for storage or other purposes after the original product has been used.
-
Aluminium is widely recyclable, and cardboard tubes may also be recyclable depending on their construction, coatings and additional components. Local recycling requirements and the specific packaging materials should be considered when making recyclability claims.
